01 · The problem
Kirpal has made paint brushes in Kota since 1976 and is part of the Vinayak Group. It makes OEM and private-label brushes for paint and tool brands, from filament to packing on its own automated line.
Private-label buyers abroad choose a factory they may never visit. Kirpal needed a brand that looks export-ready, and a site that lets a buyer see the line for themselves.
The job
Give a 50-year-old factory a brand, and a site that lets a buyer walk its line.

02 · How we worked
Every Edhway project runs through the same stages, from a trial week to running it month after month. See the process
- 01
Build
Four rounds of identity work: a K drawn like a flat brush held at 30 degrees, lockups, a seal and a brush icon, tried across five colour directions before settling on royal blue and gold.
- 02
Build
A 3D walk along the line, ten stations from filament to packing, building one brush as you scroll; an exploded brush; and a private-label studio where a turning brush prints the visitor's name in the handle colour they pick.
- 03
Launch
Quality pages with five checks and batch-code traceability, and a quote form that is being connected to Kirpal's inbox before launch.
03 · Decisions that mattered
- Fast on any phone
Machines built in code
The whole factory walk is built in code and loads after the page is already readable, with lighter versions for older phones, so a buyer abroad never waits on a loading screen to see the line.
- Built around the buyer
Let the buyer try it
The private-label studio shows a buyer their own brand on a Kirpal brush before they have sent a single email.
- Nothing invented
Ask before naming
Big-brand customers appear on the site only with their written permission.
We have made brushes in Kota since 1976, but buyers abroad choose a factory they may never visit. Edhway gave us a brand that looks ready for export and a site where a buyer walks our line station by station, and sees their own name on our brush before they send an email.
