01 · The problem
Yoshinova audits how a factory uses power, then sizes a Modular Power System, battery storage, to the load it measured, cutting diesel and peak-hour charges. It sells to industrial, commercial, telecom, residential and solar customers.
The first version of the site, which we also built, led with a 3D model of the product. It looked impressive, but the whole page waited behind a loading screen until the model arrived, and the thing a buyer actually needed, proof that the audit pays for itself, sat further down.
The job
Make the audit the hero, and make the page fast enough to open on a factory floor.

02 · How we worked
Every Edhway project runs through the same stages, from a trial week to running it month after month. See the process
- 01
Trial week
We reviewed our own first version the way a buyer would: a heavy 3D model that kept the page behind a loading screen, six bugs, and six case studies that were still placeholders. Then we studied how Fluence, Stem and India's commercial and industrial players sell storage.
- 02
Build
Version two drops the 3D completely. In its place, a 24-hour load curve you can scrub through to see where a factory loses money, and an audit report that estimates savings and doubles as the enquiry form. The product's name was made consistent everywhere, so a buyer never wonders whether two pages describe two different things.
- 03
Launch
Before launch the site went through our 20-point launch checklist, covering what a buyer sees, what Google sees and how fast it opens. Case studies stayed off the site until Yoshinova has real ones to show.
- 04
Run
Next is the client dashboard: a live view of each site's power and its savings, fed by the logger installed during the audit. It is designed and in build.
03 · Decisions that mattered
- Fast on any phone
Cut the 3D
The 3D model was the slowest thing on the page and the least useful to a buyer. Without it the site opens straight to the audit, with no loading screen, even on a weak connection on a factory floor.
- Built around the buyer
The estimate is the form
Instead of asking for details up front, the site shows what an audit could save and asks for contact details to send the full report.
- Nothing invented
No placeholder proof
Our checklist marked case studies as blocked until there are real ones. An empty section is better than an invented one.
Our first site led with a 3D model of the product. It looked impressive, and it was the wrong thing to lead with. Edhway reviewed their own work honestly, took the model off the homepage and put the energy audit up front, with a savings estimate that doubles as the enquiry form. The page now opens fast enough to load on a factory floor.
