01 · The problem
Diksha Mahajan is a luxury bridal label: designer lehengas and bespoke wedding and festive wear, shipped to brides in India and abroad. Its pieces are bought as heirlooms, often after weeks of looking.
Nobody adds a bridal lehenga to a cart on a whim. A bride wants to see it move, check the measurements, talk to someone, and trust that it will arrive. The site had to allow all of that, and still let her buy online the moment she was ready.
The job
Sell an heirloom online without losing the feeling of the atelier.

02 · How we worked
Every Edhway project runs through the same stages, from a trial week to running it month after month. See the process
- 01
Trial week
We followed how a bride actually buys: a long look at the collection, then a conversation, then an order. So the site needed a shop and a way to book that conversation, side by side.
- 02
Build
A full store of 44 products with variants, a size chart and a custom-measurement form; Razorpay checkout, coupons and invoices; and booking for virtual appointments. Client Diaries and a Journal, both edited in a custom admin, carry the label's stories.
- 03
Launch
Tracking was set up properly from the start: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel in the browser, plus Meta's Conversions API on the server, with events de-duplicated so ad spend is judged on real orders.
- 04
Run
We keep shipping: lighter video on the homepage, new journal layouts, and changes to the shop as the collections change.
03 · Decisions that mattered
- Built around the buyer
Shop and appointment, side by side
A bride can buy, or book a virtual appointment to talk it through first. The site serves both, instead of forcing one path.
- Fast on any phone
A film cut for each screen
The homepage film is cut separately for desktop and for phones, so a bride browsing on her phone sees it play straight away instead of a frozen frame.
- Yours, end to end
The label owns the code
The code sits on the label's own GitHub account, and its orders, appointments and subscribers in its own database.
A bride never buys a lehenga on a whim. She wants to see it move, check the fit and talk to someone first. Edhway put the shop and virtual appointments side by side, cut our film separately for phones so it never stalls, and set up tracking on the server, so we finally know which ads bring in real orders and not just clicks.
